I am now the owner of the greatest baseball movie of all time. Yes, even over A League Of Their Own, Bad News Bears, A Field Of Dreams, Bull Durham, and Major League. It is, in my humble opinion, also one of the greatest sports movies of all time as well. Yes, even of all of the football and basketball greats. ALSO, it is a top ten movie of all time for me. FINALLY, it gave us the greatest quote ever:
I saw this movie in the theaters 20 years and 2 days ago when it debuted on April 7th, 1993. I’ve probably seen this movie 100+ times since then. (I had it on VHS, then on DVD. I’ve since lost track of them both.) I love this movie and can probably quote the entire thing.
